As I start my weight-loss journey after being on a medication for 8 years, which caused me to gain weight (20-30 pounds) and during which time, it was nearly impossible to lose the weight, I want to share with you this diet I researched and created for women on a weight-loss journey, which is also good for the reproductive system. It is important not to develop belly fat, especially visceral fat as opposed to subcutaneous fat, as one might develop conditions such as fatty liver, which I did develop as a result of being on medication that forced me to be overweight. I decided to stop the medication and start a weight-loss journey to reverse my fatty liver. As a result of the fatty liver, I then developed a uterine fibroid. So this diet below has all of these factors in mind.

I also combined the diet with 16:8 intermittent fasting, five days a week plus Zumba workouts and Tai Chi. I also do core workouts regularly plus strength training. In addition, I do practice yoga Nidra and various restorative yoga poses. I also try to walk 7,000-10,000 steps per day.

I will check back with you in six months for an update.
